One such standard is the SA 8000 (Social Accountability) Standard, and we are undergoing certification for the same. SA 8000 is the first norm to be valid worldwide for socially responsible and ethical behaviour of organizations. It sets up rules in the following fields:

- Internal Dialogue as well as the dialogue with other interest groups
- Freedom of association/Right to collective bargaining
- Working hours
- Disciplinary practices
- Safety and health in the enterprise
- Fair salaries
- Chain of suppliers/Supplier-Monitoring
